1.ONBOARDING & BRIEF

This is the foundational stage where we align our team with your vision and provide a precise, fixed-price quote.

Step 1: The Inquiry & Brief

It all starts when you contact us. We will reply to your initial inquiry and provide you with a link to our mandatory in-depth Creative Brief. This form is where you will detail your vision, provide reference links, and use our secure portal to upload all your project assets (footage, licensed music, etc.).

The quality of your brief directly impacts the quality of your project.

Step 2: The Quote & Proposal

Our team will meticulously review your completed brief and all the assets you’ve provided. Based on this, we will email you a formal project proposal which includes the final, fixed-price quote and a clear, estimated timeline for your project.

Step 3: The Deposit & Confirmation

If you approve the quote, we will send you a payment link for the 50% non-refundable deposit. Once this payment is successfully made, you will receive an receipt (invoice), and your project will be officially booked and secured in our production schedule.

Step 4: The Official Kick-Off

You will receive one final confirmation email from our team notifying you that work on your project has officially begun. The estimated 7 to 14 business day turnaround starts from the date of this email.

2.DRAFT, REVIEW & REVISIONS

This is the collaborative stage where your vision comes to life.

Step 1: First Draft Delivery

You will receive a link to a watermarked, 720p resolution version of your video. This version is for review purposes only.

Step 2: Your Feedback

Every paid project includes three (3) free rounds of revisions. A “round” is a single, consolidated list of your requested changes. If you approve the first draft, great! We proceed to the final delivery.The quality of your briefdirectly impacts the quality of the first draft

Step 3: The Revision Workflow

If you require a revision, simply email us. We will provide you with a dedicated revision form to clearly articulate your requested changes. The 7-14 day timeline applies to each new revision round.

Additional Revisions:

If you need more than three rounds, each additional round is charged at a flat rate of £50 GBP (approx. $70 USD), paid in advance.

Important:

The watermarked drafts are our intellectual property. Any attempt to remove the watermark or use AI to upscale the video is a breach of our Terms of Service and will result in the immediate termination of the project and forfeiture of your deposit.

3. FINAL POLISH

Every version you receive will be a complete edit. Unless you specify otherwise in your brief, each draft includes:

Professional Color Grading

We handle color correction to fix any lighting issues and apply a stylistic color grade to ensure your video has a consistent, cinematic look that matches your brand’s aesthetic.

Audio Mixing and Mastering

We balance dialogue, music, and sound effects, ensuring a clean, immersive audio experience that is optimized for your target platform.

Titles and Graphics

upon request We can add any necessary titles, lower thirds, or call-to-action graphics as defined in your creative brief to reinforce your message and guide your viewer.

Timeline:

Please allow an estimated 7 to 14 business days for the delivery of your first draft, starting from the date of our confirmation email. Complex projects may require an extended timeline, which will be communicated upfront.
