Six (6) Standard Form Videos:

You receive six professionally edited videos, each up to 30 minutes in length, delivered over the 3-month retainer period.

After our initial deep dive, the process is simple. You just send us your footage and a brief for each video. No new quotes, no new contracts.

Our Guarantee

A 7-day, no-questions-asked cooling-off period for a full refund (minus transaction fees), provided no work has commenced.

Step 1: The Commitment

You contact us to request the retainer. We will provide you with a direct payment link for the full, upfront fee of £5,000 GBP (approx. $6,500 USD). Upon successful payment, you will receive an official receipt from us.

Step 2: The Cooling-Off Period

Your investment is protected. You have a 7-day, no-questions-asked cooling-off period from the date of payment. If you change your mind within this window, you can request a full refund, minus any non-refundable transaction fees from our payment processor.

Step 3: The Lock-In

The cooling-off period is for you to be certain of your decision before we allocate resources to your projects. If you request to start work on your first video at any point during these 7 days, your right to a refund is waived, and the retainer becomes 100% non-refundable. This is because we begin incurring costs and scheduling our team’s time the moment work commences.

Step 1: Requesting a Video & The Creative Brief.

When you are ready for us to edit one of your six videos, you simply notify us. We will then send you a link to our in-depth Creative Brief. This is a mandatory form where you will detail the vision for that specific project and upload all your assets (footage, licensed music, SFX, etc.). Please be aware, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal rights and licenses for all materials you provide.

Step 2: Confirmation & Production

Our team reviews your completed brief. Once we have everything we need, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that production has officially begun. The estimated 7 to 14 business day turnaround time for the first draft starts from the date of this email.

Step 3: The First Draft & Your Options

You will receive a private link to a watermarked, 720p resolution draft for review. This version is our intellectual property and is for viewing purposes only; it cannot be published or altered.

After viewing, you have two choices:

A) Approve the video. If you love it, let us know! We’ll proceed to final delivery.
B) Request a revision. If you need changes, simply email us.

Included Revisions:

Every video in your retainer includes three (3) free rounds of revisions. A “round” is a single, consolidated list of your requested changes, which you will detail in a dedicated revision form we provide.

Additional Revisions:

If you require more than three rounds, each additional round is charged at a flat, upfront rate of £50 GBP (approx. $70 USD).

Video Length

The retainer covers six videos, each up to a maximum final length of 30 minutes. Videos shorter than 30 minutes still count as one full credit. If you have a project that is longer than 30 minutes, we can either

(a) work with you to edit it down, or

(b) agree to use two of your six video credits for that single, larger project.

Expiry Date

Your six video credits are valid for three (3) months from the date of your initial payment.

Data Deletion

All project files and final deliverables associated with a video will be permanently deleted from our servers 30 days after that video’s final delivery. Please ensure you download and back up your files promptly.
